Conference schedule:

• The conference will begin on Tuesday 13 October at 10:00. However, please plan to arrive at 9:00, as the security check (similar to that at an airport) and the process of passing through the accreditation points can take a long time (school trips from all over Europe are common, and there may well be three buses full of teenagers going through security and the accreditation points before you).
• The conference will end on Wednesday 14 October at 17:00.
• The lunch breaks will last 90 min.

Catering:

• Water fountains (cold, room temperature and sparkling) will be available. Please remember to bring your own water bottle!
• The European Parliament district is a business district. There are limited dining options. However, there is a supermarket 500 metres away where you can buy sandwiches.
• Furthermore, outside food and drink are not permitted within the Parliament building for health and food safety reasons. This means you will not be able to bring your sandwiches with you for lunch breaks and will have to leave the building and then re-enter, passing through security again. 

• You will have access to the internet and a power socket.
