You will then have to upload it in the "Call for communications" section.

A few remarks regarding articles in English:

  • The conference proceedings will be published with IOP Publishing. They will be made available via open access in a special online issue.
  • Please refer to the ‘Author guidelines for conference proceedings’ to write your article. In particular, carefully read the ‘Basic guidelines for preparing a paper’ and the ‘Style guide for conference organisers and authors’.
  • The template available for download above is compatible with IOP's instructions.
  • Fill in and upload the ‘Author declaration’ and the ‘Declaration of use of generative AI’ (even if you have not used artificial intelligence) to the platform as ‘Supplementary data’, in addition to your article. Without these two signed declarations, your article cannot be accepted.

A few remarks regarding your participation in the conference:

  • Acceptance of your article is conditional upon your registration for the conference. The registration fee will be approximately €100 (excluding meals). This will cover the costs of editing, publishing and interpreting the conference.
  • You, or one of your co-authors, will be required to present your article in person.
  • This presentation will be in English and should last 10 minutes. It will be followed by a 5-minute question and answer session with the audience.
  • Registration will open in April. You will be notified by email. Please check this website or the conference's LinkedIn page regularly for updates.
