You will then have to upload it in the "Call for communications" section.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be notified on 23 March 2026 and we will ask you to write an 8-page article by 1 June 2026.
A few remarks regarding articles:
- The conference proceedings will be published with IOP Publishing. They will be made available via open access in a special online issue.
- Please refer to the ‘Author guidelines for conference proceedings’ to write your article. In particular, carefully read the ‘Basic guidelines for preparing a paper’ and the ‘Style guide for conference organisers and authors’.
- The template available for download above is compatible with IOP's instructions.
- Fill in and upload the ‘Author declaration’ and the ‘Declaration of use of generative AI’ (even if you have not used artificial intelligence) to the platform as ‘Supplementary data’, in addition to your article. Without these two signed declarations, your article cannot be accepted.
- By signing the ‘Author Declaration’, you agree to comply with the IOP Publishing licence agreement. In particular, this agreement specifies that ‘by granting this licence, the author warrants that the paper they are submitting is their original work, has not been published previously (other than in a research thesis or dissertation which fact has been notified to the conference organizer in writing)’.
A few remarks regarding the difference betwen poster and session presentation:
- If you have been notified that your abstract is accepted as a poster, it involves that :
- You have to write an 8-page article in English.
- If your article is accepted, you print your own poster (template to be provided) and bring it to the conference rooms.
- You will present it in English during the poster sessions in 5 min.
- If you have paid the publication fees (included in the registration fees of 235 €), it will be published in the special online issue of IOP Publishing.
- If you have been notified that your abstract is accepted as a session presentation, it involves that :
- You have to write an 8-page article in English.
- If your article is accepted, you prepare a presentation (template to be provided) and attach it to your article in the platform.
- You will present it in English during one of the topic sessions in 10 min plus 5 min for questions.
- If you have paid the publication fees (included in the registration fees of 235 €), it will be published in the special online issue of IOP Publishing.
A few remarks regarding your participation in the conference:
- Acceptance of your article is conditional upon your registration for the conference. The registration fee will be approximately € 235.
- You, or one of your co-authors, will be required to present your article in person.
- Registration will open in April. You will be notified by email. Please check this website or the conference's LinkedIn page regularly for updates.
